DMCA Copyright Policy
Desi49 ("the Website") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Desi49 website.
Submit a Copyright Claim
To file a notice of infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (Video URLs are required).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user who uploaded the content that we have removed it.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Desi49 has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
